To refuse forget, I think I shall write it down, or set alarms in my smartphone.
I set online class schedule in Habitica. If I don’t set schedule, I think I ll forget them … Habitica is really helpful. Also, you can use Microsoft’s To-do.
As for weekly plan, I use Habitica for remind or just Microsoft To-do, and write down on my Bujo. After write down, then no need to open the mobilephone (and been catch by crowded pictures).
By the way, study is important, but don’t forget to have water. I often forget to drink water, so I use Lemon drink 柠檬喝水 for remind. Though I am using the Android version which download from Huawei store, it also has a IOS version on App store. (Don’t know whether it also had been put on Google play or not.)
To focus, I often use a server named Forest study chat on Discord. I come to the study channel and focus with the others.
this server is based on the Forest App, which allows you to keep away from you phone while focusing.

Hours will be helpful too. Start a timer and click the focus command, then set your tasks and finish them. Your screen will be black and you will see the focus board to force you only look at your reminds.
